1965: Graduated from the Ballet Academy in Voronezh (Russia) as a ballet dancer.

1968-69: Internship at the Vaganova Academy in Leningrad under educator A.I Pushkin.

1972: awarded the title «Honorary Artist in Ukraine»

1982-87: studied at the State Institute of Choreographic Art in Moscow, with educator; «Honorary artist in CCCR» M.T Semionov and «National artist of RSFSR» E.P Valokin. Worked as a soloist at various operas in CCCR with repertoire in classical and character dance where he had the main roles in Swan Lake, Giselle, Don Quixote, Sleeping Beauty, Legend of Love, and various other solo roles.

Soloist and Pricipal dancers at several of the State Operas in The Sovjet Union and the main role of all the great ballets.

He has been teaching all over the world, also at The Bolshoi filial in Brasil, and the Norwegian Ballet School & Academy (Den Norske Ballettskole & Akademi) in Norway, Oslo.
